Password look up is a three step process. Before going to the next step, the previous step will have to be validated.

• Step 1 : Enter your user name (or email address used for signup) and birth date.
• Step 2 : Enter the security answer based on the security question you chose during signup.
• Step 3 : Choose your new password.
